A restful night's sleep creates the foundation we need to have a successful and enjoyable day but the much-needed sleep can be elusive for some of us.  Our Zen organic essential oil blend can help relax our bodies and put our minds at ease at the end of a long day.  Lavender, Neroli, Mandarin, Ylang Ylang, Vetiver, and Valerian essential oils come together with a comforting floral scent that can help us drift off into a night of restful relaxation.

How To Use: 

• Add 5-7 drops to your favorite home diffuser
• Combine 10 drops with baking soda and sprinkle lightly on your carpet before vacuuming
• Combine 3 drops of Zen with 10ml of fractionated coconut oil in a 10ml amber roll on bottle and apply to wrists when your spirit needs a boost
